All customized items are final sale.




We do not accept:

    •    Exchanges


    •    Cancellations


    •    Refunds




This policy ensures the exclusivity and integrity of every personalized piece created by Angelic Vault.







Luxury Designer Phone Cases & Clothing (Ready-to-Ship Items)




Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for exchange only.




Exchange Requirements:


    •    Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging


    •    Exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery


    •    Item must be shipped back within 5 days of approval




Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.




Once the item is received and inspected, store credit or an exchange will be issued.




We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.







Damaged or Incorrect Items




If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:


    •    Your order number


    •    Clear photos of the item


    •    Photos of the packaging




After review, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.







Non-Returnable Items




For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns on:

    •    Worn clothing


    •    Sale items


    •    Promotional or discounted purchases







Order Cancellations




Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
