At Angelic Vault, each piece is curated and customized with intention. Because many of our items are made-to-order, we kindly ask that you review our shipping and delivery policy before placing your order.

Processing Time
Customized / Personalized Items
All customized phone cases, junk tags, and made-to-order pieces require 5–10 business days for production before shipment. Processing time may vary during high-volume periods, restocks, or launches.
Ready-to-Ship Items (Luxury Designer Cases & Clothing)
Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–4 business days.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 2-5 business days
• Expedited U.S. Shipping: 1-3 business days

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
From time to time, Angelic Vault may offer complimentary shipping during promotions or launches.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Angelic Vault is not responsible for:
• Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Packages delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer
• Returned packages due to address errors
If a package is returned, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Angelic Vault is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please:
1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.
2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We are happy to assist you with documentation if needed.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage
• Photos of the packaging
We will review your claim and provide a resolution accordingly.
